Visions of Excellence is a collection of 50 arresting images selected in the 73rd annual Pictures of the Year International competition, celebrating the work of the world’s leading photojournalists. This exhibit focuses on pivotal events of the past year and ranges from spot news and sports to memorable feature photographs and portraits.
Co-presented by Pictures of the Year International, The Kansas City Public Library, and the Kansas City/Mid-America chapter of the American Society of Media Photographers.
Thursday, December 8th, 7-11PM at Vox Theatre. Celebrate the season with fellow local photographers.
Nov 11th, 1 PM. 1219 Union, KC, MO. The day after her presentation at the Central Library, Yunghi will hold an exclusive photography workshop, focusing on her process of storytelling (getting access, gathering elements, publishing...).
We're mixing things up a little with our monthly meetups. We'll be meeting at least once a month, on the second week of each month. Follow on Facebook or our events calendar to stay up to date on times & locations.
